By renting a “Magi Island” agree to abide by the following rules and regulations
and further agree that if such agreements are not met, you give up the right to use the rental booth without a refund.

GETTING START

1) Please contact Take Lowey / Shinobi Woodget.
2) You have to get parcel to use land menu “buy land”.
3) You have to pay monthly fees to a rental box.

RULES

+++ RESIDENTIAL ONLY +++

1) No build to be higher than 30 meters above ground level.
2) Do not use weapons for any reasons.
3) No harassment or stalking.
4) Keep your objects inside your land.
5) Do not edit terrain
6) No flying structures(skybox) below 300 meter height.
7) No scripts which always runs or scripts as it creates lag
( If you want to use sensors / timers, You have to contact us ).
No zero prim scripts (regenerate a prim after a certain period as a temporary prim in a cycle).
9) residencial only
10) No Privacy lines on your land.
11) Many bad complaints by other neighbours can result in EVICTION.
12) No pornography of any kind should be able to been seen from public areas.
(You have to wear in public areas)
