People want commercial areas. And we always don’t have any vacancy of commercial area.
So, New commercial areas are available !
Now, We put 2 commercial parcels and 2 middle sized shopping mall on the south.

And Residential Only !! So quiet and Beautiful.

It’s Homestead SIM, and We have 4 parcels only.
This SIM concept is a quiet port town. So, Residential only.

This is the Port Town SIM Office, float house.
Residents can chose House structures.
Residents are always available to get some houses which fit for SIM from group only venders.
If you want to put original building structures, please apply for use.
We need your cooperation for preserving the appearance of the SIM.

This is the 3rd applications.

You can put until 5 prims. maximum rental period 3 months.
At this time, Rental period is from 9/1 to 11/30.
A total 4 parcels are selected by lottery.
