There are 5 separated areas as natural port town.
Residents can chose House structures.
Residents are always available to get some houses which fit for SIM from group only venders.
If you want to put original building structures, please apply for use.
We need your cooperation for preserving the appearance of the SIM.

There are only 5 areas. So, You can live quietly.

Texture Advertisement to TP

I put sign boards in Magi Island around my shop “magi take shop”.

This Advertisement Sign Boards automatically switch to next texture at random.
Then many customers can see your product’s textures. If They have interesting pop texture in a board, they can touch to tp your shop.
You can set 2textures about like new release products or important stuffs.

My shop in the center of sim has alwasy around 1000 traffics.
So, I want my customers see Magi Island Tenant shop also.

Like this.

You can put the 2 textures.
And automatically switch to another tenant’s texture at random.

In a courtyard, near the group gift center of magi take shop.

How to use.
Rez / wear Hud box at tp point of customers. (customers can tp in Magi Island only)

In edit mode

you put 2 textures in a box of contents.
Touch box if you finished to put textures. That’s all.

I had a cooperation for debug by 2 tenants.
Now, I can see some customers touch the board and tp.

I distribute it to tenants soon.

New SIM Open! [ Magi Port Town ]

New open Magi Port Town.
It’s attached importance to beauty of the sim.
And Residential Only !! So quiet and Beautiful.

It’s Homestead SIM, and We have 4 parcels only.
This SIM concept is a quiet port town. So, Residential only.

This is the Port Town SIM Office, float house.
Residents can chose House structures.
Residents are always available to get some houses which fit for SIM from group only venders.
If you want to put original building structures, please apply for use.
We need your cooperation for preserving the appearance of the SIM.

There are new houses.

If you want to cruise, you can go to Magi Island by your boats!
We also have a openspace, between Magi Island and Magi Port Town.

maturity ratings

Follow new viewer updated, I changed maturity ratings of Magi Island to “Mature“.
Basically, It is almost same as previously rules.

* no sexually themed contents
* Do not use weapons.
* No nude texture for skin pop to preclude all misunderstandings.
* No pornography of any kind should be able to been seen from public areas ( sexually conduct in private area is OK )
* Do not sale items about sexually themed, violence.
* No a lot of bloodstains, violence.
* Imitation Weapons only for fashion are OK.
(but do not use)
