I put Boat rezzer on the south side of our office looks like coffee shop.
There is a rez panel on the pier. Anybody can ride this boat.
But, I think the operation is little bit difficult.

You can choose 4 colors boats, You click one of them, then a boat appears.

Right click and select ride to row a boat.
Click a lifebuoy to get a oar. You can attach a oar.

So, I think you want to sing “Row, Row, Row Your Boat” ?
